Phoenix produces custom made busbars and connections encapsulated in high grade epoxy insulation for service voltages up to 38kV.

Phoenix also specializes in the “fludized bed” process to fully or partically insulate copper and aluminium busbars and connections in high dielectric strength epoxy, vinyl and plastisol coatings.

All coatings (plastisol, epoxy, and vinyl) can and are use for other applications including: mechanical protection, corrosion resistance, and thermal insulation.
